Cancellations by Customer:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
No-Shows:
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations by STL Tour Guide Lady:
In the rare event we must cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
A rescheduled date, or
A full refund.
Digital Products (e.g., E-Guides, Downloadables)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
